Pharma-CompIntel is an analytical tool designed to provide evidence-based insights into the performance, growth opportunities, and development risks of biopharmaceutical companies and their assets, molecules, or medicine candidates in development. It is supported by SARGON, which specializes in qualitative assessments and market access for drugs, and AKH-CONSULT, which specializes in biostatistics and data analysis.

 

SARGON and AKH-CONSULT provide only analytical services related to the performance, development opportunities and risks, as well as the acquisition, insourcing, or outsourcing of biopharmaceutical assets, molecules, or medicine candidates in development.

 

The data provided—whether through the tool or in separate analytical reports—do not constitute an invitation to invest in any biopharmaceutical company or its assets in development. The tool’s sole purpose is to offer evidence-based analysis of biopharmaceutical companies and their assets, evaluating growth opportunities and development risks. It does not influence investment decisions, acquisitions, outsourcing, or any other financial or commercial activities.

 

Pharma-CompIntel is not and does not intend to act as a deal broker, investor, or representative of any analyzed biopharmaceutical company or any entity involved in biopharmaceutical products.

 

The use of the provided data is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and access is subject to a contractual agreement between SARGON, AKH-CONSULT, and the purchaser/user.

 

Pharma-CompIntel is supported by SARGON and AKH-CONSULT, which have not, do not, and will not receive funding from any analyzed biopharmaceutical company or related entity. All data used in the tool are publicly available, and neither company acquires or uses non-public data.

 

GDPR Compliance

SARGON and AKH-CONSULT are committed to full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure the protection of personal data.

 

  • Data Processing: The tool does not collect, store, or process personal data beyond what is necessary for contractual and legal obligations.
  • Data Security: Measures are in place to safeguard any data processed, ensuring confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access.
  • User Rights: Purchasers and users have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of any personal data related to their interactions with Pharma-CompIntel.
  • Third-Party Data Sharing: No personal data is shared with third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in the contractual terms.
  • Data Retention: Any personal data collected (such as for contract management) is retained only for the necessary period in compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Password Hashing & Retention: All user credentials are securely stored using industry-standard password hashing techniques. Plain-text passwords are never stored. Access credentials are retained only for the duration necessary for user authentication and system security, in compliance with GDPR.

 

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of this tool, its content, or functionality is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
